- Clients must adhere to the timelines and processes outlined by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
- All service fees must be paid in full before processing commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Service Fees and Payment
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Quoted service fees do not include government or third-party charges (such as embassy fees or courier charges) unless stated.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, POS Terminal available in our office.
- Late payments may result in delays in processing.
5. Visa and Immigration Disclaimer
- AYHATA GREAT TRAVELS & TOURS LIMITED acts only as a facilitator. We do not guarantee visa or immigration approval.
- Final decisions are made by government authorities.
- We are not liable for any rejections, delays, or additional requests made by embassies or immigration officials.
6. Travel Changes and Cancellations
- Travel bookings are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Cancellations by the client may incur penalties or non-refundable charges.
- In case of cancellation or changes caused by airlines, embassies, or unforeseen events (e.g., political unrest, pandemics), we are not liable for losses.
7. Document Handling and Confidentiality
- We take confidentiality seriously and handle client documents with care.
- However, we are not responsible for documents lost or damaged due to third-party handling or courier services.
- Personal data is used only for service fulfillment and in compliance with data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AYHATA GREAT TRAVELS & TOURS LIMITED shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
